Description:

• The Gamia Deluxe wooden spiral staircase kit features an ideal blend of strength, durability and style. Available in two colours, Black or Silver, with natural beech or dark walnut stained beech treads and handrail. This is the largest of the standard off-the-peg kits from Misterstep, the extra tread width makes the staircase more comfortable to use, so if you have the space this is the size to choose. Complies with K1 Building regs BS5395 Cat A for use as a secondary staircase.

• The addition of the hardwood handrail with this Deluxe model lifts the Gamia into a different class, and we think this staircase is the best value-for-money spiral you will find in the UK and EU. 

• The Gamia Deluxe is supplied as a ready-to-assemble kit, with all necessary components and fixings required - you just need a few basic tools to complete your staircase. Accessories such as balustrade kits are also available, with modular components that are easy to install to finish your project.

• The standard staircase comes with 13 risers which adjust from 2730mm to 2990mm , which means you can get a perfect fit without going to the expense of a custom built staircase. During installation you can choose the direction of turn of the treads, clockwise or anticlockwise, which gives great flexibility with entry and exit points.

• The universal landing platform, supplied with the staircase, fits directly into the corner of a square opening or can be trimmed to fit a circular stairwell or straight mezzanine. The stairwell should be made 50mm larger than the staircase to ensure a proper fit, ensuring there is room for your fingers on the handrail as it passes up through the opening.

• Choice of Colour - Black, or Silver-Grey powder coated steel, with natural beech or dark walnut stained beech treads and handrail.

• We recommend customers consult their building control office prior to purchasing and installing any staircase, to ensure the installation meets all their requirements.
