• This particular spiral staircase kit comes from our best-selling Gamia range of products, all of which are designed and manufactured in Italy to EU and UK specifications. This 1400mm diameter version meets the requirements of Building Regulations as a Cat A staircase under BS5395-2

• Boasting contemporary styling, the Gamia Deluxe is guaranteed to stand the test of time, and the solid beech handrail which is such a feature of this model has made the Deluxe version our most popular model of spiral staircase.

• Featuring modern modular construction, the Gamia range of spirals are supplied with 13 adjustable height treads, plus a landing platform.

• The supplied landing platform is shaped to provide a perfect fit in the corner of a square stairwell opening, and gives a safe transition between the staircase and your floor above. You can vary the position of the landing in the stairwell, giving a variety of options for the entry and exit points of the staircase, and also change from clockwise to anticlockwise rotation depending on your requirements. This makes the Gamia Deluxe one of the most versatile spiral stair kits on the EU and UK market. 

• Inside the crate, you will find everything you need to build your staircase, including an installation video - so all you need is a few basic tools.

• TREADS: Solid beech 40mm thick factory-finished with clear satin varnish finish
• HANDRAIL: Beech hardwood handrail to match treads
• METALWORK / SPINDLES: Heavy duty powder coated finish with ABS moulded fixings
• CLEAR TREAD WIDTH: 607mm between centre column and inside of handrail
• DIMENSIONS: Overall width of staircase is 1400mm diameter
• STAIRWELL OPENING SIZE: Minimum 1450 x 1450mm square, or 1450mm diameter round opening
• LANDING PLATFORM: Included - "universal" landing supplied with spiral staircase
