Are you looking to create access to your new loft conversion? The Gamia Mini Plus loft stairs kit offers the perfect solution! Unlike cheap imports, this high quality and most versatile space saver system is designed for the UK and EU market and also meets building regs!* Height adjustable treads ensure a perfect fit. 

• Gamia Mini Plus space saver staircase MEETS BUILDING REGS, complete with balustrade, very compact, fully finished in light natural beech with silver-grey powder coated steel frame and spindles, ideal for a loft conversion.

• This space saver staircase has a compact design, ideal for loft conversions and mezzanine floors. It comes with eleven solid beech treads and a balustrade down one side, complete with a solid beech handrail for easy and safe access. The standard kit creates a set of straight stairs, however you can always add in either one or two quarter landings to turn your flight of stairs 90 to 180 degrees (creating an L or U shaped staircase). Please select whether you will be creating a straight, U shaped or L shaped staircase when purchasing your spiral stairs kit.

• The treads, along with the 50mm diameter handrail are made from solid Beech and the metalwork is made from powder-coated steel, ensuring a highly durable, low maintenance finish is achieved.
