Description:

• The Gamia Deluxe is our most popular spiral staircase, due to its solid beech handrail which adds a touch of quality and class you don't find in other spiral stairs in this price range. Most importantly it is compliant with building regulations for use as a Cat A staircase under BS5395-2, so it is an ideal choice for a loft conversion, garage conversion or similar project.

• Manufactured in Italy, the Gamia Deluxe is supplied with beech hardwood treads, steel vertical spindles, Silver-Grey centre column, universal landing platform, plus a matching handrail made from beech hardwood.

• The Gamia Deluxe is supplied as a complete staircase kit, with everything provided, you just need some basic tools to assemble it. All components are factory finished so there is no painting or varnishing to do, just assemble it and start enjoying it straight away!
  To help you assemble the staircase, a video installation guide is supplied along with a companion written guide, ensuring the process is as simple as possible. Don't forget we also offer expert online technical assistance if you need it!

• The standard kit is supplied with 13 treads plus a landing platform, which are adjustable for height from 2730mm to 2990mm  - if you want to increase height above 2640mm then extra treads can be added to a maximum of 3.68m. You can assemble the staircase in either clockwise or anticlockwise direction, simply choose the best rotation for your situation.

• The Gamia Deluxe Silver Spiral interior Staircase will fit a square opening size of 1450 x 1450mm or 1450mm diameter circular opening. The fully adjustable treads can either be installed clockwise or anti-clockwise depending on your preference.
