The Gamia Zinc outdoor spiral staircase kit is ideal for installing in any exterior location, especially where you need to save space in a garden or courtyard. Easily assembled from the DVD and written manuals the Gamia Zink spiral staircase kit features a tough zinc coating and stainless steel and galvanised fixings for outdoor use. The Gamia Zink spiral staircase handrail is made from one-piece flexible pvc for ease of installation - the black Moplen handrail is also textured for added grip.

• Strong and robust exterior spiral staircase. The Gamia Zink 1400mm diameter is a galvanized steel spiral staircase suited for outdoor use, and includes 12 treads plus a landing platform with an option to add more treads if required. Meets Building Regs K1, BS5395 Cat A.
• Easy Height adjustment for a perfect fit. The height of each tread is adjustable so that you can fit any floor to floor height between 225cm and 299cm - adding up to 3 extra treads allows you to extend the height to 3520mm maximum within building regulations and British Standards.

• Strong and robust ideal for everyday use in a family home. Staircase has a hot dipped galvanised finish suitable for exterior use - (Please note riser bars are supplied in black primer finish).

• Adjustable tread heights - all treads adjustable to equal heights in keeping with British Standards. Spindle spacing meets building regulations and British Standards.

• Standard kit includes 12 treads plus landing platform 1400mm and 1600mm versions meet the building regulations BS5395 Cat A
• Can be built clockwise or anti-clockwise
