Escalmatic

• The Escalmatic is an innovative dynamic collapsible ladder which is designed to link secondary rooms, attics, as a safe reliable manner without wasting energy, due to her motor.
• The first element that characterizes this mechanism is the presence of a device for electric opening and closing. The motor 220 V, connected with Escalamatic to open and close automatically, within seconds, without any effort.
• The command is given via the infrared remote control included or via a control panel is optionally available individually.
• The second important element of innovation as compared to conventional, is the vertical beam bending, i.e. is a dual insulation system which prevents air from circulating through the hole, and the door entrapping and thus isolating the contexts and reducing heat loss and energy.
• In this a special insulating cover (Termocover) can also be incorporated, must be affixed to the packaging scale helping to increase the overall insulation value.
• The use of two systems provides an insulation value of U = 1,1 W / m2K.
• Another aspect that has been given much attention in relation to the most popular electric stairs is security. Escalmatic consists of 11 steps, made of molded 15/10 and white painted steel sheet, and a movable structure and cushioning springs.
• It is equipped with a double telescopic rail and a strong command output easy to hold, to provide you with maximum comfort and safety in the use of stairs.
• The Escalmatic electric retractable ladder has been tested to withstand up to 260 pounds and be in compliance with the legal requirements to treat all flow controls, and torsion resistance required for a motor product from UNI EN 14975: 2007.
