• Features high quality solid beech treads which are stylish, functional and hardwearing
• 22mm diameter steel spindles for added strength and durability
• Adjustable height treads to give an exact fit, all treads can be set at the same height as required in building regs and British Standards
• Range of height adjustment from 2730mm to 2990mm , extra treads available to increase the height to a maximum of 3.68m.
• Spindles are less than 100mm apart as required in building regs and British Standards
• Deeper tread for greater safety, tread goings meet building regs and British Standards 
• Fully finished - no need to paint or stain - powder-coated metalwork, with satin varnish on treads

We recommend a 1200mm diameter spiral staircase when you have limited space and cannot fit a larger diameter.

• HANDRAIL: Black pvc, Moplen textured one-piece handrail or silver grey (same color as the plastic elements) polyethylene smooth for easy installation
• METALWORK / SPINDLES: Heavy duty powder coated finish with ABS moulded fixings
• CLEAR TREAD WIDTH: 507mm between centre column and inside of handrail
• STAIRWELL OPENING SIZE: Minimum 1250 x 1250mm square, or 1250mm diameter round opening
• LANDING PLATFORM: Included - "universal" landing supplied with spiral staircase
• DIRECTION OF TURN: Staircase can be built either Clockwise or Anticlockwise during assembly
