• The Gamia Metal 1200mm is a compact, space saving spiral staircase. Manufactured from tough, heavy duty steel with beautiful Silver Grey powder-coated treads, spindles and a universal landing. The treads are adjustable for height, so you get a perfect fit every time. The steel spindles have the correct spacing to meet UK and EU regulations, and the treads are pre-drilled for the spindles to be easily positioned.
• The Gamia Metal spiral staircase kit is illustrated in our photo with the optional landing balustrade kits which are sold seperately.
• You may require a set of riser bars to reduce the gap between the treads to less than 100mm - we advise Customers to check first with Building Control.
• Standard kit has 13 risers and will achieve floor to floor heights from 2730mm to 2990mm Extra treads available to increase the floor to floor height to a maximum of 3.68metres.
• Easy height adjustment ensures equal riser heights, as required by building regulations.
• Universal design allows you to build it with clockwise or anticlockwise rotation
• Universal landing platform for square or circular openings
• Fits an opening size 1250 x 1250mm square or 1250mm diameter.
• Steel construction with high quality ABS moulded fixings
• Black Moplen flexible handrail.
• Beautiful and contemporary Silver Grey powder coated finish to spindles and treads.
