• The Gamia Metal Spiral Staircase 1400mm diameter is a tough, contemporary design which will look great in any room setting. The Gamia 1400mm spiral range is the smallest diameter of spiral staircase which fully complies with UK building regulations BS5395 Cat A.
• The standard staircase of twelve risers is height adjustable from 2730mm to 2990mm  (subject to building regulations.) One of the most important features of the Gamia range is that each tread can be set at the same riser height throughout the staircase, and as low as 200mm per tread, which makes it suitable for the UK and EU market.
• Most other brands of spiral kit are designed for European standards and are unsuitable for the UK regulations, so to be able to offer a budget staircase at this price with UK features is a real bonus. In addition, the spindles have the correct spacing for the UK regulations of less than 100mm, again you won't find this feature on every rival staircase!

• As well as creating a strong stable staircase the Gamia Metal is fully finished in a modern, silver-grey powder coating which is tough and able to withstand the knocks of everyday use. The treads come with anti-slip safety strips to fit to the edge of treads and landing platform, and the kit is supplied with a DVD-ROM video instruction manual, as well as a companion written manual. • The standard Gamia Metal spiral staircase kit is supplied with 13 treads plus a landing platform, and more treads can be purchased to increase the height of the staircase up to 3.68m.
